Workout in my gym (Kellie B's-- you should come) and delicious kale salad, pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato fries, and asparagus dinner! I love the balance I am finding in my life right now. Balance between work, nutrition, killer workouts, and rest. Oh, and the glass of wine not pictured (but I assure you it's there) .
How do you like to incorporate balance into thishectic life? I know it can be hard, but remember this is a LIFESTYLE. Treat it like one
