How Online Training Works
The great thing about online training is that it is completely on your schedule. I give, you do. But it is more than just giving a workout and saying "good luck". My approach to online training is the same as if it were in person. Everything is customized, specific, and tailored to each individuals client needs and goals. There are weekly check-ins and progress reports, encouragement and support, workouts, meal ideas, and an open line of communication with me whenever you need. At the gym and don't know an exercise to work glutes, I'm there. At the grocery store and don't know what kind of salad dressing to buy, I'm there. Because no matter what, I will always believe that my clients are unique and individual. Even if we only talk online.
What Each Package Includes
Once purchasing a training package, you will receive an email including a detailed questionnaire, so I am able to personalize your package to your needs. From there, I will create your specific training plan and we will begin. As you begin your program, we will have weekly check-ins to keep you on track and to make any changes we may need to do.
